Are you just going to tell me how to do my job?

Actually, the goal is the opposite. We aren't here to micromanage your day-to-day; we’re here to help you build systems that manage themselves. We use our 6-pillar roadmap, covering everything from Finance to Ai Readiness, to ensure your team can deliver consistent results without you needing to be the bottleneck for every decision.

Why is the engagement 12 months long?

Fixing “Value Gaps” isn't a weekend project; it’s about proving to a future buyer that your business can thrive without you. We spend 12 months identifying gaps, implementing new operating systems, and, most importantly, tracking a full business cycle of data. This ensures your growth is structural and permanent, not just a temporary spike.

What makes this different from a standard business broker?

A broker’s job is to sell what you have today, flaws and all. Our job is to fix those flaws a year in advance so you can command a 2x or 3x higher multiple. We eliminate the “Silent Killers” of valuation, like high client concentration or founder dependency, before you ever talk to a broker.

What is the "Value Gap"?

It’s the difference between what your business is worth today and what a buyer would pay if it were optimized. For most founders, this gap represents 30% to 50% of their potential net worth. We use your initial assessment to quantify that number immediately so you know exactly what’s being left on the table.

Do I have to use AI to work with you?

You don't have to, but your future buyer will expect it. We use AI to lower your headcount costs and increase your Profit-Per-Employee, which directly inflates your EBITDA multiple. If your competitors are using AI to scale and you aren’t, your valuation will suffer. We bridge that gap for you.

How much time will this take from my schedule?

Our goal is to give you time back, not add to your plate. After the initial audit, the heavy lifting is done by our team and your leadership layer. We focus on building a “Self-Managing” business so you can shift from working in the business to working on it, eventually reducing your personal involvement to under 35 hours a week.
